Participate in our 2023 Ceremony

This years ceremony will be held Sunday June 18, 2022 at UCLA Pauley Pavilion

In order to participate you must complete:

• Have Standing to graduate this academic year!

  • (Undergraduate, Graduate, Doctoral, JD or MD).

  • Fall 2022 graduate or Winter, Spring or Summer 2023 graduates!

• the community service hours requirement,

• fill out the registration form,

• pay the registration fee

  • $100 during Spring Quarter before the Registration Deadline (APRIL 28, 2023)

Where can I pay the Registration fee?

​

Office hours to pay the registration fee are being held in Kerckhoff 414 

- Mondays and Thursdays from  1- 3 PM

- Wednesdays 12- 3 PM

​

Due to issues with Venmo and Paypal, the committee is receiving CASH Payments ONLY. 

 SPRING QUARTER OFFICE HOURS:

NOTE: If you cannot make it to the office hours, You can send an authorized proxy to submit your payment to the office by sending us an email at latinxgrad@g.ucla.edu with the name of the individual submitting payment 

• They will have to know your UID number and full name
