Grad Packs Distribution:
In order to pick up your grad pack you will need to have fulfilled all Latinx Graduation Requirements:

Have standing to graduate this academic year (undergrad, graduate, PhD, JD or MD F21-S22)

Have paid the registration fee and received a two or three digit confirmation number

Registered through our official google registration form

Completed, submitted and received confirmation for 10 community service hours
Distribution of Grad Packs will be at Kerkhoff 414
We have two distribution dates

Tuesday June 7th from 2pm-6pm

Thursday June 9th from 10am-2pm
If you are unable to pick up your grad pack during one of the distribution dates you can have someone else pick it up on your behalf. Instructions below
I cannot attend one of the pick up times. Can someone pick up on my behalf?
Yes, you can have someone else pick up your grad pack on your behalf. Please email the grad packs committee at gradpacks.uclalatinxgrad@gmail.com authorizing someone else to pick up on your behalf. Please forward this email to the person picking up on your behalf since they will have to show us this email when picking up. Person picking up will need to show their ID and the name must match the name authorized to pick up.
